Sale Policy

The OHEA creations are entirely handmade and from patterned fabric. The order will be shipped between 1 to 5 days on receipt of payment. If you buy multiple items, there you will not be charged extra for sending prices. The jewelry is sent in a neat package and protected. In case of return, the return (s) article (s) nine (s) and unworn (s) carefully in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consignor. The return of the order will be under cover "Ready to post follow-up" to minimize the risk of loss. Any item damaged, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be repeated.
